Perhaps a wee bit off topic because there isn't much to critique, but you might appreciate the eclipse we had today as seen from northern Auckland.

The filter is one of a pair we bought to use with Canon binoculars to view sun spots.

Actually there were plenty of clouds racing by. Had to shoot between 'em.

I got a couple using the only clouds as a filter:

I used clouds for the one we had last summer. I only had a ND filter and a polarizer but with the clouds it helped.

People were taking pictures of my LCD with their cell phones because they could not view it directly.
