I had one night game and 1 day game for 3 local teams. The day game was pretty physical and ended with a lot of walking wounded off the field. These were all shot for the newspaper I shoot for so that is the reason for some crops. Here are some shots from those games. C&C always welcome.
Frank,
You caught some incredible peak action in many of these. I think the fan in BG on 12 makes the shot. I got a laugh out of 10 with the expressions of the setter and kicker, not sure I would keep it without them. On number 8, which co,or was the intended receiver and what was the result of the play? ( my guess is that white broke up the pass?)
Great timing Frank as usual. Yeah I kept scrolling thinking , they cant get any better, just remain their usual awesome selves, but no they kept offering some really cool perspectives and angles of plays! Nice man.
Frank this is killer stuff. Great IQ aside, just outstanding peak action, great faces and very nicely framed. Even some great sideline stuff and fan involvement. What's not to love?
Marty..DJ and CW....thanks again to everyone for taking the time to look. For the day game I had a little bit of a larger stake in the shots. I was shooting this game for our local paper and the sports editor wanted shots of certain kids for the weekly insert. From the start of H.S. football and right through the season....the paper runs a weekly insert called GameFace that is real popular in the conference. It highlights the game of the week, picks by columinists and sports writers, game action, fan, band and cheer shots and anything else associated with the game. So I should have a pretty significant spread and maybe the cover so we'll see.
