If you are keeping a 1D Mark II, and looking for a second body for weddings, I'd suggest a used 5D or 5D Mark II. They have excellent low-light capability and wonderful image quality. The autofocus isn't up to the sports-shooter abilities of the 1D-series bodies, but for weddings that's not a serious issue.
With the larger sensels that the full-frame sensor size permits, using the same ISO settings as a cropped-sensor camera the 5D can gather more light for less noise. The wide end of your zoom lenses, and all your fixed focal-length lenses, will also have a wider field of view at the same distances. (The shorter "long end" isn't an issue for wedding portraits and reception candids.)
That said, I've used a 20D and a 7D for weddings and events, and they've worked fine within their limits.
