He's 4 years old - just about as busy as any human I've ever witnessed, and I've never done this type of photography before. O. M. G. Don't know how family/kid photogs find the energy to do shoots like this!
It was supposed to be a 'family shoot' in the park with emphasis on the little guy, but dad decided he didn't want to do it on the day of the shoot, so an annoyed mom came without him and asked for me to just shoot the boy. I said sure, but my suggestion was we just let him play and play with him, and see what we get instead of trying to pose him. I brought a ball glove and a football in case I could interest him in playing with those. It was an hour of non-stop moving from place to place as he ran and played in the park. I just stalked and fired and hoped the old 5DII focus was having a good day.
