I haven't really been using this lens that often; I'm finding that I'm personally liking the 50mm focal length less and less. It required a microfocus adjustment of +2 on my D800, which is pretty minimal, especially for this lens.
Glass is clean. I've had gaff tape lining the hood since I got it, so not even that's got wear on it. I'm fairly confident that this deserves the 10/10 rating on physical condition.
