Agreed. I just looked back at the new beta for windows and the MSC camera hot key looks quite useful for 5D3 users - basically you can set the MA value on the camera as you normally do, then push another button on the camera and FoCal will register that the MA value has been set. This will save a step of going back and forth between computer and camera to hit the OK button each time.
