I love the size and unobtrusive nature of this short telephoto; sometimes I mount it and leave the bag at home, shooting for a few days with only the 135L...people, wildlife, fall leaves...pretty versatile glass.
All three below were taken within a couple of days in October...(I have to steal photos of my uncooperative children - thus the over-the-shoulder pose )

I actually happen to like the 85L even more and I often reach for the 100L IS before my 135, but the 135L is certainly no slouch, either. This is my oldest son, aged 1.5 years at the time:

Many thanks all. The 135L is a fantastic lens to say the least. Some people find the focal length a little awkward... I do not. I've shot entire sessions with just this one lens. Love it! Super sharp and great color/contrast... and of course the bokeh is very pleasing. The 200l F/2.8 MKII is another jewel in the Canon lens lineup.
