Show me your portraits or favorite pictures from this jewel of a lens.
I start with this one, technically flawed as one eye is not in focus and editing could be better but...hey! I'm proud I used the lens to take a picture of my daughter.
This is probably my favorite portrait that I've taken with the 135L, the bokeh is as creamy smooth as it gets, but on a crop sensor, this lens is quite long. Since I've gotten the 85mm f/1.8, I've found that I've enjoyed that focal length much more on a crop. Also, I can only imagine how well this lens is on a FF.
I use to think the focal length was awkward (I was accustomed to shooting 90mm portraits), but after a bit of practice I like the added reach. The accurate quick focusing (center point) is a huge plus.
