You need to post your unprocessed images (without any post processing tweaks) in the following manner.
a. Post only wildlife.
b. No post processing whatsoever.
c. The picture can be either RAW or JPEG but please specify.
d. First image full frame without cropping resized to maximum length or height to 900 pixels.
e. Second image 100% crop of the perfect focus area again the maximum length or height 900 pixels.
f. Please include info about gear and shooting data especially ISO.
g. Please mention whether the capture is handheld, bushhawk or tripod/beanbag.
h. You can post any amount of images.
Jude, you have incredible hand holding skills! Sharp at 1/250 at 400mm on a crop camera is impressive.
When you convert from Raw is there sharpening applied? I ask because some of these are a little noiser than I would have expected.

Thanks Mike. No sharpness applied. Raw captures as well as jpeg one is opened in CS6 and resized only. Two reasons I can think of. I am always shooting NR off. And the other could be, in RAW no processing within the camera even. So when you pixel peep 100% the noise above ISO 400 is visible.
