I figure the best time for sunrise here is when the sun is further north, around May/June, right after the rains clear out..This was taken a few weeks ago.
I like what's happening here with the side light...
I love th soft, flowing contours and colored lines with this side lighting.
I would have cropped off most of the flat portion at the bottom of the image to keep the viewers interest in the flowing lines and colors above.
