This is one where I think it would be stronger to see the face of the rider and horse. i.e. a different angle. The from behind view works great when they (and you) are looking out over a vista.

Good point, Andre, but then you would know for certain whether the emissary is a woman or a man.

Rick, is it important that we not know if the emissary is a man or woman?

I've always liked the setting of your shots, but disliked that we tend to always see the backs of your subjects -- not always, but usually. It immediately creates a disconnect with the subject.
