very center oriented shot, and the processing leaves a little to be desired, it's kind of muddy and grey..
Me, personally, I would have shot wider if possible showing more of the room, or tighter using him to fill the frame... this shot is just kind of "in between" and doesn't have the same impact.

I'm an ENT/photographer. Yes, we still wear a head mirror. We are the last specialty to still use this old device which affords us wonderful illumination into the dark and narrow recesses of the ears, nose and throat.
As mentioned, this photo needs a levels adjustment and more contrast. The crop is a personal matter, but it is too centered for my taste.
