I personally like it as is, but have you tried a B&W conversion? I would also lower the luminosity on his "hat" in PS, as my eyes are drawn there due to be so in focus.

PS: -- i wish his right eye would be in focus (to be honest, I kind of hate this type of feedback b/c at this point it's too late, so it does not help you that much other than maybe encouraging you not to shoot wide open all the time)
