If at night, forget the 5D2 and forget the 100-400.
I don't see any mention of flash. And since you say HS, I'm assuming this isn't at a NCAA stadium with ESPN HD ambient light levels.
500 on the 1D3 might be ok for the first quarter at high ISO. "At your disposal"... is this your gear or borrowed? Are you used to shooting with long primes? If not, you might get frustrated at trying to follow the action through a soda straw.
Worst case, plan on 1D3 with 70-200, high ISO. Wait for the action to get close. Keep SS at 1/800 or better, do a little NR in PP. Best case, good overcast daylight... 1D3 with 500/4. 5D2 will be worth bringing with any of the other lenses if you'll have enough light to stay below ISO 1600 while maintaining SS of 1/800 or better.
