If the lenses aren't too big, one over each shoulder with Domke Gripper 1.5" straps. I sometimes carry one on each shoulder (1DIV + 70-200/2.8L IS II & 5DII + 24-70/2.8L II), and a big one on a monopod (1DX + 500/4L IS).
For highly mobile use (e.g. football games), I have my main body and long lens on a monopod. The second body with a shorter lens is on a Spider holster (a belt system). If I'm not running around, I simply carry each body on one shoulder; my cameras are fitted with Think Tank straps. Sometimes I'll swap them out for R-straps.
Black Rapid DR-2, hands down a neck/shoulder saver. Shot only one wedding using two OEM straps before going to the DR-2. Haven't ever looked back. Sorry, no photos of me wearing it, but there are plenty of Youtube.com videos I'm sure showing it in action, along with other reviews.
