Dancing waters at Belagio in Las Vegas. How to balance night light with brightness of water shots? Wide angle and how to deal with buildings without a tilt lens?
Key point @ buildings is to not tilt the camera, keeping the film/sensor plane vertical. But, some WA/UWA lense simply impart distortion even if the plane is kept vertical.
This is of course where a Shift lens is very helpful to get the composition you want without needing to tilt the camera. Contrary to nomenclature and popular perception, tilt functions don't really help prevent tilt in your lines, they are more for (sacrificially) controlling the dof of the scene relative to the focal plane. But whether using tilt, shift or neither ... keeping the film/sensor plane vertical as much as possible is key.
As is, there is not enough going on the water to carry the bottom of the image. Options included bumping the luminosity and saturation of the reflected colors or cropping away 30-50% beneath the fountain on the left.
As Kent was discussing, there is considerable lens distortion, but you could correct that in LR or PS.

Kent has given you good instruction for capturing the image. Processing wise I pulled in the highlights using luminosity masks, boosted saturation and did a little straightening using the warp tool in PS. I might consider cropping a little off the bottom. I would suggest you try to leave a little more on top as the left corner of the building feels a little tight.
