I run a Zenfolio account for a professional organization and have it installed as a plugin in LR4. I use it to publish all their photos.
I want to start my own personal business account. Is there a way for me to be in control of two accounts and to have separate function ability in LR 4?
If so, please tell me how to set that up in LR 4. Thanks!
This might be a better question for the lightroom forums, but in most cases it is possible to install the plugin twice with different user names and passwords.
I'm not aware of Lightroom 4 shipping with a native export plugin for Zenfolio so you must be using a third-party plugin. Is it by any chance Jeff Friedl's plugin?: http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/zenfolio
If so, its self-explanatory; select the photos you want to export to Zenfolio, then choose the option to Export to Zenfolio, then enter the name and password for the account and it will upload your photos. By entering the two user names and passwords, you can control what is uploaded by either account.
James, thank you for your answer. Yes, I am using this Plugin. I already have it setup for the one account. I don't see a way to add a second account to the plugin and I am never asked for my login and password with it anymore. It automatically goes to the first account. I must be missing it somewhere. B
When you select the files, then click on Export > Export to Zenfolio, a dialog box will appear. The first panel is titled "Your Zenfolio Account" and to the right of it is a Logout button. If you click that button to Logout of the first account, you will then be able to login to the second account.
Hmmmmm. Mine isn't working this way... It says I'm logged in under the other account and there is a link to "visit your zenfolio account" but no link to logout. When I logout through the browser and log into the new account nothing changes in the LR plugin....
