Canon 100-400 IS with UV date code. Includes Lens, Canon Lenscaps, Lenshood, and soft case with strap (strap not shown in picture). Lensplate shown in picture not included. Lens is quite sharp. I usually shoot a 600 IS and was quite pleased with the performance of this lens. On a 100% crop from this lens wide open and the 600 wide open, I could pick out the 600 as superior every time, but I'm still very pleased with this lens.
Condition of the lens is very good. Glass is in fantastic condition. There are only a few scattered scratches/paint chips on the body with a little more wear on the Lenscollar/foot. Many bag scratches on the lens hood. Please see pictures.

I've used it about five times since I got it and the condition is unchanged from the above listed thread. In private communication, the seller communicated that he felt like the lens was a little soft when wide open, but it sharpened up well at f/7.1. I would mostly agree with this. The lens is not as sharp wide open as the other 100-400 that I have (which is also for sale).
Lens comes with Promaster center pinch front cap and will come with a Canon rear cap (a Sigma cap is pictured).
There is still a single small piece of dust noted within the elements, but this does not appear to affect image quality. There is some smaller dust noticeable behind the protective front element. Many scratches on the hood.
There are scattered paint chips/scratches throughout the body. I would rate it an 8+/10, but the previous seller said 7.5/10 when I bought it from him.
I'd like to get back what I paid for it--$925 will include ground shipping in the Continental US and Paypal fees.
