If you have not done so already, you may want to try a Noise Reduction software on this image.

I like it in BW.

I thought about removing the noise but thought it might take away from the character of the film.

Grain does not bother me.

In fact, I see photos where adding grain may make the image "nicer" in a nostalgic way (for those who remember film grain).
