BNIB Canon 100mm f/2.0, US Version, not refurbished or grey market. Box never opened. Bought from US dealer earlier this year. I later bought a used one on FM so never got to use this one.

Listing is a bit confusing. States "brand new in box" and also states "preowned but appears as new'.
Maybe you can clarify?

it's brand new. The item condition is from FM, selected from a drop down box that doesn't have the BNIB option.
