p.1 #1 · Canon F-1 Shutter Issues

I've been shooting around with my Canon F-1 for quite some time, but recently it has been acting strangely. When press the shutter button, the mirror goes up as it should, but it takes the shutter another half second to actually release. Its as if the shutter is on a timer...but it's not. Any thoughts?
