I've noticed that when sellers revise their listing and/or reduce the price, the listing is moved to the top of the list as a revision. I have reduced the price on my item, but it stays buried where it originally was. How does one get the revision to the top of the list again?
You cannot bump a post to the top of the list more often than every 12 hours. So if you lowered the price about 4 hours after your last bump, for example, you would need to wait another 8 hours to bump it again. There is a "bump timer" at the top of your for sale post; it will show you how much time is remaining till you can bump the post.
