Is there such a thing? I am looking for a light that can go from spot to flood battery powdered is a must. Any suggestions?

There are some (see Lowel) but they are tungsten, requiring a heavy, -2 stops conversion filter. Better are HMI type sources, meant for on-camera, e.g. www.frezzi.com/download/Frezzis_article.pdf with the drawback of schlepping the ballast.

Best is that the dichroic (daylight conversion) filter for the ilight eats just one f/stop!
