Mid-day with bright frontal light on a gleaming white building. Fraught with complications, true.
But as long as the white isn't "blown-out" by the exposure or processing- that doesn't bother me with white picket fences and lighthouses. To me, this shows the way it was in an accurate way. So I'm happy with it.
This is the Admiralty Head Lighthouse- built in 1903 and closed in 1922. After burning, being rebuilt, and going through a variety of uses and non-uses, it's now a historic building- open to the public.
