While this is true I find it a lot harder to miss the exposure with the OMD than the 5D2. The EVF/LCD can give you so much information that missing exposures rarely happens. I'm personally fond of having it showing blown highlights in orange and crushed blacks in purple (I think it's purple, might be a different color).
AF has been good for me in relative low light (ISO 3200, 1.8, 1/100) or there about. Seems to struggle when I got down to shooting at ISO 6400, 1.8, 1/60 and I was technically underexposing by a stop (this was a concert). Even in the darker situation I was able to manual focus very effectively.
I find waist level shooting and just touching the screen to be far more discrete than I can shoot with an SLR, the shutter on the OMD is also very quiet.
Those are just some random thoughts on the OMD, I will gladly admit I love mine and am probably slightly biased towards it.
