If you got'm post'm up!

I recently acquired a Samsung SC-05D (cuz I was f'ing tired of having to use a f'ing magnifying glass to f'ing read the f'ing screen!) and it's camera is pretty average I guess for a cell-phone - 8.1mpx or something. Still, images from it can be pretty creative sometimes I guess. It's still a camera after-all.

I wonder if there's an attachment so I can use my Zeiss lenses with it?

If these Android phone makers would stick with a shape for more than one model in a row, Schneider might make something like this:

That would be cool! 300mm or 180˚ fisheye on this thing would be a hoot.

From what you say I probably have no hope of Schneider or someone akin creating something for the model I'm using tho. It's probably the oddest size there is. It's big! It's about the same as two 4S iPhones laying side by side and considerably longer too.

Congrats on your mouse shot, by the way. Very striking, and for me at least it sort of works as a metaphor for the modern human, squished under the hard requirements of everyday life (too little time, too much work etc.)

Have you tried some filters or PP on it just to see different versions might look?

Just a heads-up while we're on the subject of cellphones: Nokia just revealed their new Lumia 920 model with Pureview. Sadly, it's not the same 41 mp pureview as in the 808. The new phone only has an 8.7 mpix sensor, but it appears to have a very effective optical stabilization system, which stabilises the entire imaging assy. Won't take away subject movement blur, though.

The new lens is f/2.0, but no information about sensor size. Assuming it's very small.
