Edit- since the AT&T Tab might be a long shot I will consider the 10" ASUS Prime.

I have a wifi only Samsung 8.9

How important is the 3G to you?

Very, the AT&T LTE model has a 1.5Ghz processor with none of the lag problems reported in the other models.

I don't experience any lag but had no idea about the 1.5 GHz processor. Makes sense though.
