Not totally impressed with these shots but I guess I have to take what I can get.
My MkIV has ALWAYS performed flawlessly up untill this sequence. The night before I left on this trip I did a firmware updateand these shots were the first since then. When I fired this sequence, the camera went all wonky. The iso's jumped all over the place as did the aperture. Needless to say I was not too impressed since I'm pretty sure I won't get a chance like this again for a long time. Not sure what happened but it's been fine since..... go figure.

Looks like a young woodchuck, groundhog in my neck of the woods. If you don't have them where you live maybe it's a rockchuck or more properly called yellow-bellied marmot. At the eagles nest I watched this year I saw them bring in a young raccoon and a young gray fox. Nice shots by the way.
