p.1 #1 · Photoshop CS3 Vs CS6 Jpeg output differences

This will sound strange, but I have been loading images to Flickr for a few years now, and just recently switched over to CS6. I always size my images to around 1024 x 768 to goto Flickr.
But the new images sent to there from CS6 just don't look as good as the ones I did from CS3.
I always save them at the highest level of Jpeg, I think its 12.
So why don't they look as good ?

Do a simple test process the same image is CS6 and CS3 the same way and pots them to Flickr. Do a side by side compare. The download the images load them into Photoshop on top of each other and set blending mode to difference.

There are changes in the UI and controls in ACR. Are you sure you are converting optimally?

That is, have you learned what the new sliders do? Are you overriding or going with the defaults for the camera?

There are a whole bunch of things I haven't learned yet , which is why I'm not sure at this point.

is it maybe a change in the (mode?) of Adobe RGB vs. Srgb or something similar. You have have had CS3 set one way and CS6 is set a different way.
