I agree totally, but I thought if I removed them, the crust on the chicken would tear. Any tips on how to accomplish this without ruining the aesthetic quality of the shot? I've tried it but just can't give up the meat and fish, although I know I'd probably live longer if I did. I do try to limit red meat...if that means anything, but chicken is king in my house and this shot is just one of the many recipes we've been trying... Cooking and photography. The perfect couple!
