It sure does! Keep in mind that with just CS6 64bit installed, Color Efex Pro 3.0 v3.110 Complete will not extract the 64bit files and definitely will not identify the CS6 64bit Photoshop folder. I tried to to trick it by creating a dummy folder but either was unsuccessful with the naming convention or it really needed the full install of Adobe CS5.
So I ended up installing CS5 (five) 64bit. Then you install v3.110 and then move the Color Efex Pro folder over to the CS6 64bit Plugin folder. It will see it then. You might need to move the Selective Tools folder over as well. Try it first without it.
Note: v3.110 is the version that works with 64bit Photoshop. So if you have a earlier version, call Nik up and get the latest v3.110. They owe you that!
