From yesterdays trip to the Palouse. #1 I'm not happy with but don't know if it needs and exposure boost or what?? # 2 I caught on the way down from the butte just because. C&C welcome.

Paddy, nice shots. First one is very nice, you might try a digital GND on the sky, not sure what else to suggest. Looks like a nice morn. to be up there. Rick

Hey Paddy,

#1 is pretty nice. It does need more contrast, and you do need to use a layer mask and adjust the sky separately, underexposing it and then increasing the saturation in the sky.

#1 looks good to me. if anything it needs a little contrast boost, like Jim said. Maybe just in the immediate foreground.
