You've got the crappy "nifty fifty" (really should be called the "iffy fifty", Canon's worst 50mm), but no 24 TS-E II -- arguably the best edge-to-edge lens Canon makes. That doesn't make any sense. Absolutely no TS-E lenses at all!
I voted for the 28-300L IS -- Canon's most versatile zoom ever, with 11X zoom range and very good to excellent IQ throughout.

Can't vote EF 70-200 f2.8L IS USM the original is not on your list and I don't have the II yet.
Same here, except that I'm not going to upgrade (well, it looks like I'm done buying photo gear for a long time, and may only sell). Since the 70-200 is not on the list, I'll probably vote for the 16-35 II even though this lens gives me a lot of headache.
Honorable mention goes to *gasp, shock, horror* Sigma 14mm f/2.8.
2 of my 3 faves aren't on the list: 300/2.8L IS (the original) and the 500/4... I did add my vote for the 70-300L which is my favorite most versatile lens...
