This was my very first opportunity I had to actually photograph the milky way, so any feedback (good/bad) would be greatly appreciated so I can build on for the next time I go out.
I photographed this image while sneaking away from a wedding that I was at. The venue was right on the beach, so this is where I set up my equipment. I let my eyes adapt to darkness outside, and I finally spotted the milky way. I was outside for roughly an hour to just experience the beauty of the night sky.
I'm not 100% content with the image, but I'm still glad I was able to get away from the wedding for a little while to experience the night sky.
