p.1 #1 · Can Phottix Strato II's wake up a Yongnuo flash????

Can anyone say for sure whether the Phottix Strato II's can wake up an "off camera" Yongnuo flash? Otherwise, point me in the right direction.

I discovered there is a compatability issue with the Yongnuo flash/Strato II being in the camera hot shoe together, so I'm considering some cheap yn465 or equivalent to use for off camera only.
