I presume that some of you have had some time to play with the new puppy. I understand its limitations but would be interested in your impressions as a second, carry-along, lightweight travel camera. I'd be pairing it with a 16-85, 35 1.8 and (depending on the location) a 70-300.
And has anyone used both the 5100 and the 3200 in the same scenario?
Photographs are always welcome (except cats - I'm a dog guy). It is also fun to try and guess the location if you don't make it too obvious (I used to run a 'Where in the world' thread . . .).
Can't help you with the pics but I just went through the debate of D3200 or D5100 myself. I went with the D5100 based on price. I don't think there will be much of a difference in terms of IQ and the D3200 isn't the best value since it was just released.
