Nice images!
The B&W conversions are nice.
My only nit in the first two is a bit of distortion correction/rotation from the UWA lens as things are leaning a little.
You may have left it that way intentionally

I haven't visited there in a 4+ years, looks like a target rich opp for photos.

Thanks all. And thanks for pointing the distortion thing out, Dan. I'll be correcting that shortly. I was there from 9am (when they opened) until well passed 2pm and I still didn't get everything. Especially the mine tour that they offered. Oh well, it gives me a reason to come back again.

I like number 2 and number 4.

Strangely, number 1 looks too modern for me, and number 3 is not interesting to me (though I find old graveyards cool usually).

Love number 2, was this shot through the window or did you somehow gain access to the room. When I've been there almost every building was closed, even on "Photographers Day"

1,2 and 4 works for me...I guess I like your B&W conversion on these one...IMHO #3 is not belonging to this lot, maybe again because it is not the same B&W...

I love that place! I have a photo of the same truck at the pumps! Different comp, but same truck. So glad nobody wrecked it and vandalized it. That was over a decade ago. Very cool indeed.

Love the old wagons there as well. I would really like to go back there for a reshoot in digital. Especially with nicer equipment. Going to have to put that on the bucket list.

I really like the pop in your B&W. Nice images.

Great pictures. #1 and 2 are my favorites. Like your b/w conversion.
Funny - they move stuff around. When I was there early in April, there was no truck near gas pump.

PKuglin, I don't know if this is on the list of CA state park closures. It would be a shame since it is such a great place to take pictures.

Bill Belvin, I took #2 through the glass. I had my camera on a tripod and had to lean the whole thing over right next to the glass and use the 10 second timer with +/-1 bracketing just incase I wanted to do HDR. While the timer was counting down, I cupped my hands around the lens/glass to get rid of the glare that was coming in. A lot of McGyvering and stuff.
