It's an odd image to me in that the man-made geometry and cyan cast creates an antagonistic feel. Those features alone, when combined with the model's pose, would have been pretty strong. But I'll admit that her hands add another element altogether. Since her fingers don't echo echo the BG geometry, they sort of speak for themselves and get quite a bit of the viewer's attention. Try as I might, I have trouble avoiding a defiant offering of the middle finger idea - which doesn't seem either needed (with all the other things going on), or to fit really. Any thoughts from the photographer's perspective?
