p.1 #1 · Help with Dragonfly ID

I thought I'd begin to try and ID the pics I post, so of course I'm stumped on the first attempt! Based on similar pics and the small size of this one, I'm assuming this is a Dragonlet from the genus Erythrodiplax. Feel free to correct me and call me names if I'm way off! Thanks for any help.

Where was this shot? It looks like an Amberwing to me, but I'm not sure which species. Nice shot regardless.
