Well done. Now just clone out that one stray hair that extends off to the left and that little speck of white lint on her left shoulder (camera right) and you've got a winner. Beautiful subject, too!
Yes I see both spots Steve THANKS will clean them up as well as some of the strays over her head and yes its natural light, huge north window. In fact its a glass hall with the entire wall is glass

Looks like a high humidity day, maybe a little applied hairbrush prior to shooting would help. Nice lighting, pretty subject. Not sure about the dark creased looking shadow below her nose.

Cleaned up some and converted... I didn't want to do to much to the hair just got some of the really distracting strays (it was the style) and straightened out the shadow under the nose...
Lovely expression and lighting for this style of portrait. Not crazy about the crop on her chest though, seems it should be higher or lower… Higher I think.
Very nice, but if you do keep this crop consider toning down the pink garment. The area of the right right torso, in particular, is very bright and draws my attention from her face.
