I rented a 5D mkIII to try on early morning bears. Of course the bears didn't show up, so I headed to the rockslide. After a bit of searching I found some babiy pikas.

Remember that it's not the difference between how it looks on the web. The focus system is 10 times better, way better ISO performance. Full Frame

I get so many more keepers with my MK3 then the 7D just because of the focal system.

Just saying

Sorry the bears didn't show up.

Just remember Jim, that no one here knows for sure that there will not be anymore 1.3x or 1.6x crop bodies coming out from Canon. Those that say there won't, have absolutely no proof of that.

Think of all the wildlife photographers with FF bodies that will be pi##ed off when and if Canon brings out a crop body with AF equal to that of the 5DMk3 or 1DX.

The reason I think they will come out with such a body is because of the market they will lose to Nikon for those that do not want to pay the prices of the 5DMk3 and 1DX and still have no interest in a FF body.
