p.1 #1 · DIY Kino: Best shoplight reflectors?

Hi,

I ordered 4 TL950 5000k 98CRI Philipps bulbs and was shopping for a suitable fixture to reflect maximum light onto
the subject.

I bought 2 Lithonia Lighting Diamond Plate 2-Light Chrome Ceiling Fluorescent Shop Light Fixtures
at Home Depot because they seem to have the most reflective surface, they are also light, and I hope the ballast
is powerful enough for the 98CRI 32W lights.

Here is the fixture:

Is this the best fixture out there for maximum flourescent output and quality of light? I saw another shoplight reflector with a dull gray reflector as well as a larger reflector called Lithonia Lighting 2-Light Flush-Mount Industrial Fluorescent Light:

I am going to tape some Cinefoil along the edges of the fixture to control the spill even more. I also saw Home Depot white louvres you can cut to fit the shoplight to direct the light even more.

Anyone using the Diamond shoplights and how do they compare to the other shoplights or your own modifiers such as
US Energy Sciences KSH-UB04-EA 4' Ft Universal 1-2 Lamp T8 Strip Channel Slimline Retrofit Kit with High Profile MIRO4 Mirror Reflector:
