If you sell canvas galleries, you should check this out.

It's kind of like ProSelect except on your iPad and it looks pretty idiot proof.

This could be awesome for me because I already set up wall gallery samples for portrait clients as part of their proofing, but it takes for-ev-er with the templates I have. With this I could just do the mockup and email it to them straight from my ipad!

I wonder when it's going to officially be available... I don't see a date anywhere?

In their FB F.A.Q. Section it says this:
"When will Preveal release?

Our target release date is July 17. We're at the mercy of the App Store approval process, which can take anywhere from 24 hours to 14 business days"

Also says introductory price of $50 with an increase up to $75 later on.

I looked through the FAQ and totally missed it.

$50!? That's awesome compared to the price of proselect.

I bet I could do these live on my 52" LCD by hooking my ipad up to the TV in my office.

For wireless viewing you could use the Airplay Mirroring option, but you have to have an AppleTV.

totally getting this... couldn't tell you how many times brides buy 8x10 an 11x14 then call me saying the photo is so small on their wall. Then they end up with 20x30 or a couple 16x24's

This would be awesome. Send me a pic of your wall and ill slap some sample prints on it.

I downloaded it, played around with it. It's SO easy to use. Now they just need to load it up with templates and maybe some stock room pics.

Pretty sweet alternative if you are not doing this currently. I think $50 is a bit much for an app that does only this, but it should be a huge timesaver IMO. The only annoying thing is getting photos onto the iPad to use for the room, and for their photos...

It's stupid fast to do... I busted out 5 gallery examples for a client in about ten minutes and emailed them all to her (no local clients = hard to get in person proofing) straight from my iPad. I just dropped the low res proof jpgs I had already exported for her online gallery into my dropbox... You don't have to put anything on the iPad at all, just dump room photos and client images into dropbox.
