I use some kind of Japanese disposable wipes in a pouch. However, just about any non-abrasive mild cleaning solution and cloth will work.

Same here. Same with lenses. Oh sure, with a lens every so often I'll give it a good cleaning with Pec Pads, Eclipse and ROR, but most of the time it's the hot breath/t-shirt method (or a hanky!).

I can't imagine my rear LCD not being covered with an InvisibleShield, and those could be cleaned with sandpaper*, not like the really pick up fingerprints anyway though. And to get face oil off, just wipe with my shirt or the side of my hand.

It's glass...not optical glass, not AR coated. Clean it with anything that you'd clean glass with.
