Last one: This guy was actually crossing the road after we left the refuge. I had put the camera away and had to dig it back out. There was a family of skunks crossing and one or two went across the street and a few turned back to the same roadside. This was actually the only shot I was able to get before they disappeared down into their den.

Nice assortment from the hook. #2 is my fav. #3 is a juvi yellow crowned night heron, orange eye eventually turns red.

Herb, Thanks for the ID. I didn't know we had anything other than Blue Herons around so I didn't even think about the possibility it was anything else.
