Assuming 75-90 images(so probably 2 "albums" maxing out at 50 images each), what is the typical cost for the printing and binding? Include the company if you could as well.

I've seen questions like this posed before, and folks tend not to answer them directly since it's a public forum and all. However, you can definitely check pricing brochures for the various companies online. That's what we did when looking for a publisher.

You can easily find this out by asking the printing companies themselves, all you have to do is send them your web page and they'll register you and you can view their prices. No fuss. As for what you're going to charge, that's your call. You have to figure out how long it takes you to put together an album and what your time is worth. Some factors are the time spent putting together the layout, going back and forth with the client to decide the final layout and editing accordingly, uploading the layout to the print house, delivery either in person, pickup or by mail.
The print house and product you select is also related to what your pricing tier is in general, budget/mid range/high end and figure what you want to charge on top of that also.
