p.1 #1 · *Art Fairs?- What type of 10x10 tents do you recommend?**

So, I'm doing my first fine art/crafts fair this weekend and I need to purchase a 10x10 ez up tent/canopy.

Any recommendations of a particular brand that offers a quality 10x10 ez up tent for under $150? I know it's possible, just wanted to get your thoughts?

Thanks a million!

Don't know about current prices, but I have been using a Caravan Canopy for almost 10 years. http://www.caravancanopy.com/index.php

Avoid the dark fabrics unless you need the radiant heat

Make sure cover is canvas and not plastic, nylon,or other lightweight material. It will rip to shreds if a medium gust wind is blowing.

Buy white. Many art fairs prohibit any type of design, logo or color. Expect the tent you buy for that kind of money to be expendable, especially if there are any wind gusts. I did a show 3 years ago and the EZUP next to me didn't last more than four hours. Figure out in advance how you're going to secure it lest it turn into a sail and crash into the tent(s) next to yours, thereby causing you to be liable for damages. Maybe there's insurance available -- I don't know.

There are sites dedicated to art fairs and shows that cover this topic in detail.

Thanks everyone. I'll probably pick one up from Costco. The show is this weekend.
