Seems like a theme around here... I just got my new 28/1.8 G so why not share some shots with it! I see no reason to exclude previous Nikon 28's either. Mods feel free to delete if this already exists;
Hahaha, excellent TM! Nice, mine came in last night just as I was headed out for the evening then after work today it started raining 20 min into my dog walking/photo taking... more coming this weekend for sure.

I ordered mine from Adorama the night it was announced. It shipped yesterday. I did handle one at a local store. Seems pretty sharp and LIGHT! Looking forward to receiving this and retiring my 24-70!

28 is actually my favorite focal length even over my favorite 35 1.4 G. Really love how it opens subjects up, the 35 was awesome, but seemed to boxy for some situations, at least for me anyways
I don't have the G, rather the 28mm f/2.8 AI-s. The brightness of the G has me really considering it, though, because I love the focal length. A few from the AI-s:
Excellent shots, this new 28G is my first 28 so overall I'm just excited by the new-to-me focal length.
