I was able to spend a day at Fort De Soto. What a fantastic place to visit. There is a large number & variety of shore birds with great opportunities for action shots. Here are some of my images. I will post some additional photos tomorrow so there won't be so many images in one post.

Excellent series! Love the silhouette in #2...

I LOVE Ft. Desoto Park and have been going there since I was a kid in the 60's. It never gets old.

1 - 4 are just fantastic!

Interesting work with the sun silhouette shot, and I love the oyster catcher pose. Nicely done.

Thanks everyone for all the positive feedback. Tim that was my first visit to the park and for sure won't be my last. The problem with Florida is there are just too many interesting places to visit.
