The lighting must have changed between the two as the lines of light do not extend to the bottom shot from the top. I would rather see a complete photo of the bottle, but then, I am not in advertising. Does the label have all those white spots on it?

I have done a little product shooting for a friend who owned a local business. I had the same problem with small speckles but corrected them in PS. The whole idea of having professional pictures of a product taken is to make the product look better than real. Just look at some of the ads for the barf-burger joints and you will have to agree that they have NEVER served a burger that looked that good in any of their stores.
